This technology is mature and is suitable for small to medium-scale applications (with oxygen production typically ranging from 5 to 200 Nm³/h).

This method improves upon PSA by adding a vacuum desorption step, reducing energy consumption and enhancing the single-machine oxygen production efficiency and scale. It is currently the mainstream choice for large-scale oxygen production (with oxygen output reaching several thousand Nm³/h).
Deep Cold Separation Method (ASU): Although often regarded as a separate category, some integrated small-scale deep cold equipment also fall within the scope of industrial oxygen production. It achieves high purity (≥99.5%) of oxygen, nitrogen, and argon through deep freezing and distillation separation, and is suitable for extremely large-scale and ultra-high purity requirements.

Intelligent Control:
Air compression and purification system: Oil-free screw air compressor, air storage tank, precision filter (for oil removal, water removal, dust removal), freeze dryer, etc., ensure that the input air is clean and dry.
Adsorption separation system: The core is the adsorption tower filled with molecular sieves (usually a double tower or multiple towers), and pressure variation circulation is achieved through a precision valve group.
