How to maintain a PSA oxygen generator?
Daily maintenance of the oxygen generator is relatively simple:
1. The air compressor requires regular maintenance. Air filters and lubricating oil should be replaced at specified intervals in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
2. For the dryer: regularly check the refrigerant pressure and adjust it timely; clean the heat sink with compressed air daily; replace the filter element regularly (normally every 8000 hours, subject to actual conditions and pressure difference).
3. Open the drain valve of the air storage tank daily to discharge condensed water.
4. Inspect the automatic drainer daily to prevent clogging and ensure proper drainage. If clogged, slightly open the manual valve, close the automatic drain valve, remove the automatic drainer for disassembly and cleaning (use soapy water for cleaning).
5. For the oxygen generator itself: mainly monitor the working pressure of the adsorption tower, and record the oxygen purity and flow rate.
