General production equipment (basic processing)
1. Mechanical processing equipment:
CNC machine tools: used for precision processing of metal parts (such as valves, compressor parts).
Laser cutting machine/plasma cutting machine: cutting metal sheets (such as shells, pipes).
Welding equipment (TIG/MIG welding, argon arc welding): welding stainless steel/aluminum alloy pipes and containers, which must meet high-pressure sealing standards.

2. Air pretreatment system
Compressed air dryer: remove moisture and oil.
Precision filter tester: verify filtration efficiency (such as 0.01μm level).
Special equipment for oxygen generator (PSA/membrane separation technology)
1. Molecular sieve/membrane component production line
Zeolite molecular sieve activation furnace: activate adsorption performance.
Hollow fiber membrane assembly equipment: core component for membrane separation oxygen generator.
2. Oxygen concentration analyzer: calibrate the purity of finished oxygen (93%±3% or medical grade 99%).
Key equipment for liquid nitrogen machine (cryogenic air separation technology)
1. Cryogenic liquefaction system
Expander/compressor unit: provide low-temperature refrigeration cycle (such as turbine expander).
Vacuum brazing furnace: manufacture plate-fin heat exchanger (core cold box component).
2. Cryogenic storage equipment
Liquid nitrogen storage tank production line: double-layer vacuum insulation structure welding.
Ultra-low temperature valve test bench: sealing test under -196℃ working conditions.

1. PLC control system production line
Automated programming test bench: simulate operation logic (such as Siemens/ABB PLC).

2.Coating and anti-corrosion treatment: sandblasting/plastic spraying equipment: corrosion-resistant surface treatment (such as marine environment applications).
R&D and quality inspection equipment
1.Gas analysis laboratory: gas chromatograph (GC): analyze gas purity and impurity content.
2.Dew point meter: detect gas water content: simulate the long-term cycle life of valves/adsorption towers (such as 100,000 switching tests).
