The separated nitrogen is cooled to approximately -196°C via a dedicated liquefier (equipped with a mixed refrigerant or pulse tube refrigerator), converting gaseous nitrogen into liquid nitrogen. All key components - including the air compressor, PSA unit, liquefier, and control system - are seamlessly integrated into a single cabinet, ensuring a streamlined, plug-and-play operation.
