Work process and simple principles

Air compression and purification
The ambient air is compressed by the compressor, and then passes through a precision filter to remove moisture, oil, and dust.
Air pre-cooling
The compressed air undergoes heat exchange with the produced low-temperature nitrogen in the heat exchanger, achieving an initial cooling effect.
Deep freezing and distillation
The pre-cooled air enters the core component and undergoes rapid expansion for refrigeration, causing the air to liquefy and be purified.
Liquid nitrogen collection
The high-purity nitrogen is liquefied and output in a liquid form at -196℃, which can be directly filled into liquid nitrogen tanks or transported to the usage point.
