Do you know the steps to start the nitrogen generator?

1. Start the air compressor according to the procedure and wait for it to operate normally (air compressor air supply pressure ≥ 0.9Mpa), open the air tank supply valve and ensure that the instrument air pressure of the air supply is 0.8-0.9Mpa; the air compressor is started under no-load state, and after normal operation, drain the oil and water in the air tank.

2. Turn on the refrigerated dryer, precool for 5-10 minutes, open the filter drain valve in time, and drain the remaining water.

3. The compressed air enters the air buffer tank through the activated carbon filter. When the buffer tank pressure rises to ≥ 0.8Mpa, open the adsorption tower air intake valve and pay attention to check whether each working system is normal;

4. Turn on the main power of the nitrogen generator, turn on the PLC power in the electric control box, turn on the nitrogen generator start button on the electric control box panel or turn on the start button on the human-machine interface. The control system enters the automatic operation state, observe whether each indicator light is normal, and observe whether each solenoid valve and pneumatic valve are switched normally (determined according to the changes indicated by the pressure gauge).

5. After the system enters the running state, turn on the nitrogen analyzer control power supply.

6. Adjust the size of the inlet valve, slowly open the outlet valve system to run, and adjust the outlet pressure of the pressure reducing valve that controls the pneumatic valve to about 0.5Mpa (usually adjusted at the factory).

7. When the instrument enters the test state, adjust the test flow system to enter the test (adjust the sampling pressure reducing valve to adjust the pressure to 0.05-0.1Mpa, adjust the sampling flow regulating valve, and feel that there is gas coming out at the outlet of the probe). After the instrument operates normally, adjust the nitrogen analyzer alarm purity, and observe whether the purity alarm and alarm sound and light are normal.

8. Open the unqualified gas vent valve, generally close the stop valve in front of the nitrogen flowmeter, adjust the flow to half of the rated flow, and make nitrogen in a small amount. After the gas meets the standard, slowly open the pure gas outlet stop valve, adjust the flow to the rated flow, close the vent stop valve, and the equipment can be used when it operates normally.
