Today we will show you how to start and stop the nitrogen generator. Operators need to be familiar with the performance of the nitrogen generator and can only take up their posts after passing the training. See the following points for details:
1. Before starting the nitrogen generator, check all parts of the nitrogen generator (such as the indications of switches, valves, instruments, indicator lights, etc.).
2. Start-up sequence of the nitrogen generator: 1) Connect the gas source 2) Close the power switch of the cold dryer 3) Open the ball valves V101 and V102 4) Connect the power supply of the electric control cabinet, close the power switch, set the automatic/manual switch to automatic gear, press the start button, and the equipment starts to run. 5) Slowly open the ball valve V104 and adjust it to the required flow to deliver gas to the use point. 3. Nitrogen generator shutdown sequence: 1) Disconnect the power supply 2) Close the ball valves V101 and V102 (if required, a small amount of gas can be supplied) 3) Turn off the power switch of the cold dryer 4) Turn off the gas source 5) Open TQ1 and TQ2, drain the gas in the gas tank and then close it.
