Compact Oxygen Concentrator

The PSA oxygen generator uses zeolite molecular sieves as the adsorbent. By taking advantage of the difference in the adsorption capacity of oxygen and nitrogen in the compressed air on the surface of the molecular sieves, it can directly extract product oxygen from the compressed air through the process of pressurized adsorption and depressurized desorption. This technology can achieve rapid and stable oxygen production, and the time required to produce qualified oxygen is as short as only 20 minutes.

The oxygen generator can produce gaseous oxygen directly from compressed air on-site, providing an economical, reliable and safe alternative to traditional oxygen supply methods (such as gas cylinders or cryogenic liquid oxygen). Multiple models with purity ranging from 90% to 99%, and production capacity ranging from 1 to 200 Nm³/hour. Its design is suitable for 24/7 operation. Each oxygen generator is equipped with an automatic start-stop function, which can automatically start and stop according to the oxygen consumption.

The integrated oxygen generator can integrate all the components into a single box, occupying a small space and having high efficiency, which can meet the needs of small air volume scenarios.

Small Liquid Nitrogen Plant

The optional remote wireless monitoring system is available for use. Users can remotely control the device interface via their mobile phones, receive alarm information on WeChat, and view data such as purity, gas consumption, pressure, historical records, and alarm records. This enables real-time monitoring of the equipment's operating status, facilitating timely adjustments to the production plan. Additionally, this device supports remote debugging and OTA upgrades, allowing for remote and local maintenance, providing great convenience for users.

All equipment covered by the contract shall be designed and manufactured in strict accordance with current Chinese national standards, professional norms, and relevant regulations.

Warranty Policy

The warranty period is 12 months from the date of formal operation or 18 months from the date of delivery, whichever comes first. After the warranty period expires, prompt maintenance services and spare parts will be provided at a reasonable charge.

Documentation Requirements
All documents and drawings provided by the seller must be in English.
