Core principles and technical approach
Industrial oxygen production mainly employs two mature technologies. The LDH GAS production equipment is likely to adopt the PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology route that they are familiar with.

Principle
PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) Principle
 By taking advantage of the different adsorption capabilities of zeolite molecular sieves for nitrogen and oxygen, nitrogen is adsorbed under pressure, while oxygen is produced;  This process repeats continuously, resulting in the continuous production of oxygen.

Purity
Design
The purity of industrial oxygen is generally between 90% and 95%, which can meet most industrial applications. If a higher purity (such as above 99.5%) is required, additional post-treatment processes need to be added.

Flow and Pressure
The oxygen production capacity ranges from several tens of Nm³/h to several thousand Nm³/h. The output pressure can be customized according to the requirements (usually 0.2-0.8 MPa or higher).

System composition:
 

Air treatment system: Air compressor, air storage tank, freeze-drying machine, precision filter (oil removal, dust removal, water removal).

PSA oxygen generation main unit: Adsorption tower, molecular sieve, programmable control valve, muffler.

Oxygen treatment system: Oxygen buffer tank, precision filter, flow meter, pressure regulating valve.

Intelligent electrical control system: PLC control cabinet, human-machine interface, sensors and alarm system.
