LN2 Generator Compact Design

PSA system uses high quality imported carbon molecular sieves to efficiently separate nitrogen from ambient air by adsorbing oxygen, carbon dioxide, and moisture, producing high purity nitrogen. This separated nitrogen is then cooled to approximately -196°C using a dedicated liquefier—equipped with either a mixed refrigerant or pulse tube refrigerator—to convert it into liquid nitrogen. All key components, including the air compressor, PSA unit, liquefier, and control system, are seamlessly integrated into a single cabinet, enabling streamlined, plug and play operation.
