Intelligent Automated Production Of Nitrogen Generators

The LDH GAS membrane liquid nitrogen generator is based on advanced membrane separation technology. It uses compressed air as the raw material and achieves efficient nitrogen production through the following three steps:
Air Pre-treatment: The raw air is purified by a precision filter to remove oil, water, dust, etc., ensuring the cleanliness of the air entering the membrane module, which prolongs the lifespan of the membrane;​
Membrane Separation: The pre-treated compressed air enters the dedicated hollow fiber membrane module. The membrane has high permeability to gases such as oxygen and carbon dioxide, while nitrogen has low permeability. Under the pressure difference, oxygen and other impurity gases quickly pass through the membrane wall and are discharged, while nitrogen is enriched at the outlet of the membrane module;​
Low Temperature Liquidation: The enriched high-purity nitrogen (with a purity of up to 99.9%-99.999%) enters the low-temperature cooling system. Through precise temperature control, the nitrogen is liquefied, and finally, liquid nitrogen is generated and stored in a dedicated storage tank to meet immediate or continuous nitrogen demand.
