High Efficiency and Energy Saving Design
With a unique flow channel design and an efficient cooling system, it saves 15-25% energy compared to traditional compressors. The variable frequency drive option automatically adjusts power according to actual needs, avoiding energy waste.
Excellent Reliability
Key components are imported brands (such as German Bosch Rexroth hydraulic components and Swedish SKF bearings). The average mean time between failures exceeds 10,000 hours. The modular design makes maintenance simple and minimizes downtime.
Oil-free compression technology is adopted to prevent lubricating oil contamination. All parts in contact with gas are made of stainless steel or specially treated materials. An optional online purity monitoring system ensures nitrogen purity in real time.
High Degree of Intelligence
Supports remote monitoring and fault diagnosis. Data recording function allows for tracing the equipment's operation history. An optional IoT module enables networked management of the equipment.
